Eggless Black Forest Cake

Ingredients used for making eggless black forest cake at home-
For eggless chocolate sponge-
1 cup all purpose flour,
1 cup milk, 
1/2 cup sugar powder, 
1/3 cup oil, 
2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 
1/4 tsp vanilla essence, 
1/4 tsp coffee dissolve in 1 tsp water For cherry syrup- 3/4 cup tinned cherries, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp sugar For chocolate ganache / truffle dripping- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate, 2 tbsp milk For icing the black forest cake - 1 cup chilled whip cream, Some tinned cherries, Some grated chocolate

Easy and simple Black Forest cake recipe Eggless and without oven. You can prepare it at home for birthday and anniversary . 

Steps for making black forest chocolate cake -

For chocolate sponge- 
Grease 6-7 inch cake tin and line with butter paper. 
In a large bowl add milk,powder sugar,oil,and vinegar and mix well. 
Place a sieve and add all purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda and salt altogether in the mixture. 
Whisk well until no lumps. Add coffee water and vanilla essence. 
Mix well. 
Thin batter is ready to bake.
Pour the batter into the greased tin. Tap 2-3 times to level it uniformly. 
To prepare a sponge in the nonstick pan ,first put wire stand cover with lid and preheat for 10 mins on medium to slow flame. 
After preheat the pan put cake tin inside the pan cover and bake on slow flame for 40-45 mins . 
Or bake it in the preheated oven at 180° for 30-35 mins. 
After 45 mins insert the toothpick in the centre of the sponge and check it . 
If toothpick comes out clean sponge is done. Let cool down the sponge completely . 
After cool down to room temperature keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. 
For chocolate ganache dripping - 
Heat water in a deep pan. 
Take grated chocolate in a bowl. 
Place the bowl on the hot water pan. 
Add 2 tbsp milk. 
Stir well until chocolate dissolve completely. Let it cool down. 
Now keep it in the fridge for 5 mins to set. 

For cherry syrup - 
In a pan add tinned cherry,water and sugar.
Cook it until cherry become soft and mushy.
Transfer it into the bowl. 
Let it cool down completely. 
For Whip cream icing - 
Take 1 cup chilled whip cream into the bowl. Beat with electric beater until stiff peaks form.
 
For assembling the cake - 
After refrigerate the sponge. 
Cut it into three layers. 
Remove extra cracks or parts. 
Place first layer on the cake board. 
Brush cherry syrup evenly. 
Spread whipped cream. 
Put some cherries from the cherry syrup. Spread some more whipped cream. 
Smooth it evenly. 
Put second layer of the sponge. 
Brush cherry syrup. 
Spread whipped cream. 
Put cherries. 
Spread some more whipped cream. 
Smooth it evenly. 
Now put third layer. 
Spread cherry syrup. 
Cover whole the cake with the whipped cream uniformly and smooth it with spatula. 
Now keep it in the fridge for 20-25 mins to set. 

For decoration - 
After the cake is set,drip chocolate ganache. Make flowers and design with the star nozzel Spread some grated chocolate. 
Put some cherries on the flowers.
